there are a lot of traditions of the eve inherited for generations. but, now more and more new fashions introduced into this eve and even replaced the old traditions. more and more people are glad to have the dinner in the restaurants instead of cooking and having at home. however, no matter what it is, a harmouious and peaceful night is the favorite of everybody here.
今天是年三十，在除夕之夜和一大家人相聚一堂是我每年都早早期盼的事情。我天天盼望着过年，盼望着长大，但时间老人总是放慢脚步缓缓而至。有时我真想直接把日历翻开将日期跳到除夕之夜。
下午我和爸爸早早来到爷爷家，和爷爷一起贴春联、贴福字迎接即将到来的三十之夜。年三十又叫除夕，那么除夕有何来历呢？通过网络我了解到：传说古时候有个凶恶的怪兽叫夕，每到岁末便出来害人。后来人们知道夕最害怕红色和响声。于是年三十晚上，家家户户贴红春联、燃放大红鞭炮，来驱除夕兽以求一年安宁。
当夜幕降临的时候，随着家家户户飘溢的菜香味，鞭炮声逐渐响起。时而隐隐约约渐行渐远、时而轰轰隆隆愈走愈近、时而密集时而舒缓。在此起彼伏的鞭炮声中，爸爸妈妈、爷爷奶奶、叔叔婶婶们都在快乐的忙碌着。有的在洗、有的在炒、有的在煎，整个一厨房协奏曲。我和弟弟来到院外欣赏着同样快乐的夜空。五颜六色的烟火金光四射、星星点点装扮着夜色中的天空。夜晚的天空变成了五彩缤纷的世界。多么美丽的夜晚啊！都让我们变得目瞪口呆了。在妈妈的一再催叫下，我和弟弟回到餐桌旁。随着叔叔点燃鞭炮，我们的家庭除夕大宴开始了。迎着大人们的一张张笑脸和祝福声我和弟弟滋滋有味的品尝着每一道年夜菜。我举着杯子和每一个人碰杯，给他们拜年也同样送给他们吉祥的话语。
当八点的钟声敲响的时候，中央电视台春节联欢晚会开始了。我们全家人共同围坐在一起欣赏一年一度的文化大餐。在一阵阵歌声、一串串笑声中，大人们一边交流着一年的辛苦和收获一边包着初三的饺子而我和弟弟却是边唱边歌，完全融入到节目中了。不知不觉中十二点的钟声又快敲响了，鞭炮声再一次骤然响起，我们全家人一起倒计时、一起欢呼，一起送走除夕之夜，一起迎接新年的到来，迎接春天的到来。
在共度今宵的歌声与微笑中，联欢晚会结束了。凌晨我和爸爸妈妈踏着新春的鞭炮声回到我们自己的家。我想我会在梦中继续我的快乐除夕的。

一提到除夕，大家就会联想到放花炮、吃年夜饭吧。可我的除夕却是与众不同的。
除夕夜，我们一家吃完年夜饭，就坐在一起聊天，聊得正欢的时候，哥哥突然提议：我听说妹妹非常会拼魔方，要不今天就给我们展示一下吧！一家人把目光全聚集在我身上。我顿时发现自己被哥哥戏弄了，因为我最不喜欢玩的就是魔方，结果他竟然害我玩这个。我心里在不停的埋怨哥哥，怪他害我在这么喜庆的节日出丑，怪他害我成为一个笑柄
我正想随便找个理由糊弄过去，没想到弟弟也随声附和：姐姐，你就展示给我们看看嘛，别这么小气。是啊，你就让大家开开眼界吧。哥哥不怀好意帮腔道。听到他俩的一唱一和，我差点气的吐血，但又无可奈何，因为大家都期待着我的表演，而且今天又是除夕，我可不愿扫大家的兴。就在这时，我突然灵光一动想出了一个好点子。我奸笑着对大家说：可是可以，但是有一个条件。什么条件？大家异口同声地问。那就是我故意拉长了声音，是什么，快说啊急死我了。哥哥不耐烦的说。就是，如果我拼好了，哥哥就得把他的压岁钱奖给我。妈妈对哥哥说：你提议的，你就答应妹妹吧！是啊，答应吧！大家一起劝说着哥哥，哥哥最终还是答应了。我想，哥哥肯定是瞧不起我，不然他这个贪财迷怎么会舍弃他的最爱呢。我慢腾腾的将妈妈最近买的一个找出来，并热情地对哥哥说：哥哥，你的奖品可要准备好哟！哥哥也热情的回答我：你可别变成笑料啊！听了哥哥的话，心里那叫一个劲儿的气啊，竟然还说我是一个笑料，我看你自己才是吧。我在心里骂道。但是为了接下来的计划，我也只好暂时忍耐一下了。
做出正要开始拼魔方的样子，眼珠子突然一转，对大家说我先去方便一下，我就在厕所里拼吧，免得浪费时间。哥哥赶忙说：别啊，别掉在厕所里了！话一出口，大家哄然大笑，我气的脸都绿了，还是妈妈懂我：你别管他，快去吧！于是，我飞奔着去厕所。不一会儿，我就把魔方拼好了，（其实我是先拆在拼的）走到哥哥面前，他正以一种不可思议的深情望着我，我心里简直美翻了！最后，哥哥只能哑巴吃黄莲，我得到了双份压岁钱。
