中考英语词汇used的形似义异句型

一、be used for +名词或动词-ing，意为用于、被用来供，介词for表示用途。例如：

A stamp is used for sending letters.邮票用来寄信。

A brush pen is used for writing.毛笔用来写字。

二、be used as +名词，意为被用来当作，介词as表示作为。例如：

This room is used as their office.这个房间被用作他们的办公室。

But it is also used very widely as a foreign lan- guage in many other countries of the world.但在世界上许多其他国家里它(英语)也作为一种外语被广泛使用。

三、be used to +动词原形，意为被用来。其中used为use的过去分词。例如：

The knife can be used to cut meat.刀能用来切肉。

四、used to +动词原形，意为过去常常。例如：
